The last picture in row 1 and first picture in row 2 are the confluence of the Willamette River on left and Columbia River on right. The bridge is the St. Johns Bridge which is a far up the Willamette at the party is thought to have traveled. The last row of pictures are artwork in a hotel in Portland.
