The Atlanta Braves play at Sun Trust Park that opened in 2017 and seats 41,084. The Braves were playing the New York Mets and won 12 to 3. The box score was Mets R-3, H-7, E-1 and Braves R-12, H-16, E-0. The field lines are RF-325', RC- 375', CF-400', LC-385', LF-335'. There are suites behind home on the 100 and 200 level. You can't watch the game behind home on the concourse. Acuna Jr. hit a homerun as the 1st batter. There are two scoreboards: one with pitcher and batter information and the other with inning line-up and defensive positions. There are two out of town scoreboards. They keep a running total on the 50/50 drawing on one board in left center field. There was an interesting stat on Austin Riley. There was a about 20 minutes rain delay. They didn't put out the main tarp after a lot of discussion between the team representative and the umpires. They only put the home and pitcher's mound tarps. During the rain delay a runner went on the field and was quickly captured, hand cuffed, and escorted off the field. The mascot is named Blooper. Home Depot tools participated in a tool race from 3rd base around to right field. There was a hammer, a Home Depot bucket, paint brush, and drill. On the inside concourse is a Braves Hall of Fame with the names of the previous Brave players who have be named to the Hall of Fame. There is a statue of Hank Aaron. They have all of the retired uniform numbers along the edge of the 3rd level seating. The 2021 All Star Game will be played at Sun Trust Park. Ex-Mariner's player Robinson Cano was playing for the Mets, so I took some pictures of him and his stats.

Margaret Mitchell House and Museum - is where Mitchell wrote "Gone With the Wind." Visitors can see the alcove from which Mitchell composed the novel. Fee.

Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic Site - is a 23.5 acre area that includes the birthplace, church and grave of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.. The visitors' center contains exhibits and video presentations about King and the civil rights movement. Free.

World of Coca-Cola - Atlanta building houses a museum that pays tribute to Coca-Cola products. Fee.

Stone Mountain Park a massive, bowl-shaped granite formation that has a memorial carving of three Confederate leaders: Jefferson Davis, Robert E. Lee and Thomas “Stonewall” Jackson. Other attraction in the park with Fees.
