The Northwest Arkansas Naturals, a AA affiliate of the Kansas City Royals, play at Arvest Ballpark, which was built in 2008 and seats 7,500. This is a nice new parkpark with nice amenities. You can walk around the outfield. There is a party area directly behind several rows of seating behind homeplate and dow the 1st baseline. There is an outfield berm and down the 3rd baseline. The Naturals were playing the Little Rock Arkansas Travelers and lost 10-7. The box score was Travelers R-10, H-13, E-0 and Naturals R-7, H-10, E-3. The field lines are RF-325', CF-400', LF-327'. The new scoreboard is not affected by the sun even when the sun is shining directly on it. The mascot is Strike a Sasquatch. The Naturals' starter gave up 5 runs in the 1st before being replaced. The Travelers' 20 year old starters was pitching in the low 90s and pitcher for 6 solid innings. The attendance was 5,027.
